Pineapple Salsa Canapes

Ingredients

  • Crackers 8
  • Mayonnaise or cream cheese spread as required
  • For Salas
  • Pineapple 1/4 cup (roughly chopped)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato 1 (chopped)
  • Capsicum ½ (diced)
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves or cilantro
  • Chaat masala ¼ tsp


  • Cooking Directions

    1. Mix together all salsa ingredients.
    2. Spread evenly mayonnaise or cheese spread on crackers.
    3. Top with pineapple salsa. Serve.
